Your new hand made jewellery is fragile so please wear it with care. Be careful that it doesn't knock against hard surfaces, get dropped, put in the bottom of a bag or catch on fabric. Unfortunately we are unable to replace jewellery that hasn't been looked after correctly.
For faulty or incorrect items received, please send an email to email@example.com with a photo of your item within 14 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned with original packaging in unworn, unmodified condition.
Our jewellery is handmade from quality but delicate materials including sterling silver, shells and gemstones. We offer a 60 day manufacturing warranty from date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover wear and tear. It will be at our discretion to replace or repair your damaged product.
